Our Impact Delivery Approach
Through partnerships with schools, orphanage homes, community colleges and grassroots organizations, we run advanced robotics, IoT engineering, chess education and creative art programs for children and adolescents between the ages of 4 and 17 years, and youths between the ages of 18 and 35 years.
Our Aim
To illuminate the minds of every child in Sierra Leone with the power of creativity, knowledge, and storytelling, empowering them to unlock their potential and make impactful changes in their communities and beyond.
Our Vision
Establishing Africa’s biggest robotics and creative technology skills development academy, empowering 10 million young Africans, including children, and those from underserved communities with access to robotics, IoT, AI, and overall technology education resources that inspires creativity, confidence, and problem-solving by 2040.

Our Programs
The Weekend Robotics, Chess and Arts Program
This is a 3-month structured Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics play and learn training for children aged 4–17 years, delivering practical skills in IoT Engineering, Cardboard-Based Robotics Design, Chess Education, Creative Arts (Painting), and other activities that enhance learning through games.
The In-School Advanced Robotics, Chess, Arts Program
In this program, we partner with K-12 schools to run the Altruistech play and learn model as an extra-curricular activity that introduces young learners to IoT engineering and robotics concepts through hands-on learning.
The Altruistech-Skills-To-Job Program
This is a 3-month workforce readiness initiative bridging the gap between graduation and employment for recent graduates, by equipping them with practical workplace, digital, in-demand and professional skills required to succeed in both online (remote) and on-site (corporate, NGO, SME) work environments.
Sustainable Development Projects Implementation
We partner with organizations through grant schemes to design and implement sustainable projects for vulnerable communities, including coastal slums, out-of-school children, low-STEM resourced schools, and other vulnerable communities and groups in Sierra Leone.
